Q2 2024 Android Performance of Top Theme Parks Apps in the US

In Q2 2024, the Android apps for some of the most beloved theme parks have shown various trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a look at how each app fared during this period.

Disneyland® Paris saw a significant rise in downloads, peaking at 3.1M in late April before tapering off to 754K by the end of June. Weekly active users also reached a high of 5.5M in the same month, but like downloads, they experienced a gradual decrease to 2.1M.

Phantasialand enjoyed a surge in downloads as well, with the numbers almost quadrupling from 320K in early April to 1.5M by the end of April. Weekly active users mirrored this peak at 1.7M before settling to a steady 601K towards the quarter's end.

For Europa-Park & Rulantica, downloads saw a mid-quarter spike, reaching 873K in late April, and then decreased to 216K by late June. Active users hit a high of 979K also in late April, with a slight dip to 272K by the quarter's conclusion.

LEGOLAND® Billund Resort showed a remarkable peak in downloads at 1M in late April, a substantial growth from its 65K at the start of April. However, the app didn't maintain this momentum, with downloads falling to 82K by the end of June.

My Disney Experience had a modest growth in downloads from 88K to 193K in April, followed by a decline to 61K by the quarter's end. Active users peaked at 226K in the same month but saw a decrease to 121K by June.
